I led the full redesign end-to-end from UX strategy and site architecture through visual design, development, SEO implementation, and launch.
The site had two core problems: discoverability and experience. Fixing one without the other wouldn't move the needle. The solution needed to address both simultaneously making the site findable AND making it worth finding.
